How to use

SLEEP INTENSE - Relaxing Body Cleanser (50ml) - Use in bath or shower, Pour into palms & gently rub together to activate herbal essences. Bring palms close to face, gently breathe in & relax. Apply all over hands & body, gently massage & wash off. For optimum results use in warm shower/bath, 30 minutes before bedtime.

SLEEP INTENSE - Soothing Body Elixir (50ml) - Apply on palms & rub together to heat activate herbal essences. Bring palms close to face, gently breathe in & relax. Apply all over hands & body. Gently massage till absorbed & leave on. For optimum results use after bath or 15 minutes before bedtime.

SLEEP INTENSE - Calming Body Massage Serum (20ml) - Apply on palms & rub together to heat activate herbal essences. Bring palms close to face, gently breathe in & relax. Apply all over hands & body. Massage with long strokes; leave on for up to 1 hour & wash. For optimum results use 30 minutes before bedtime.
